Q: Why do most of your site appear in Arial, not the common or default Times New Roman

A: As per ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliance, it is recommended that web developers use fonts like Arial, Tahoma and other fonts that are not serif fonts like Times New Roman. The extra lines on the end of every line on every letter in serif fonts make the page more difficult to read for people with visual impairment.
