is a L'ipsum? In the early days of printing and writing there
rose a need for printers to create a prototype of what a project
will look like without the distraction of having incorrect text.
Frequently, when a prototype is created with real text, the client
would protest, 'this is nothing like what I want!' It is not that
the project looks worng, but the distracting text can create a subconscious
dislike in the perception of some people.
You have likely seen
this old text that looks like it could be Latin but it really altered
to be virtually meaningless back in the 1600s:

ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod
tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad
minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut
aliquip ex ea commodo consequat. Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit
in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur.
Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa
qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum.
